Anti-discrimination

Has there been an incident in which you felt discriminated against or disadvantaged? Then I am there for you as your contact person for anti-discrimination and will support you!

My job is to ensure that members and affiliates of the university are protected from discrimination on racial grounds, ethnic origin or religious and ideological identity, as well as from discriminatory behaviour based on non-protected characteristics.

I have special freedoms for my work: According to the State Higher Education Act (LHG), I am not bound by instructions and can therefore deal with your concerns confidentially.

It is often difficult to categorise what has happened. If you are unsure, but feel uncomfortable with an incident or an ongoing situation, please feel free to contact me.

You can also contact me about conflicts and/or bullying in the workplace.

I am subject to the duty of confidentiality. Information about your personal and factual circumstances may of course not be passed on to third parties or otherwise utilised without your consent!
