At the heart of the project is the full recognition of academic achievements made abroad. It is the prerequisite for studying abroad without extending the study time. Therefore, an exact comparison of the modules of the Heidelberg University of Education with the courses offered by the partner universities is necessary.
The "Study Guide - Study Abroad and Recognition" was created in close cooperation and coordination with the subjects and module and recognition representatives of Heidelberg University of Education and the partner universities and forms the basis for the creation of the Learning Agreements. Sample Learning Agreements provide guidance. The study guide thus serves as a handbook for students as well as lecturers and module and recognition representatives. The study guide is continuously updated, e.g. with information on successful recognition in the ERASMUS+ program. In January 2023, the updated and expanded version of the study guide was uploaded and is available for donwload.
With the precise comparison of modules and courses, the study abroad at the partner universities and the recognition of the achievements abroad at Heidelberg University of Education can be planned bindingly for all involved. The study guide is also available under "Recognition" and in the Download Center on the website of the International Office.
