Data that arise in research projects (e.g. completed questionnaires, etc.) are to be stored by the researchers themselves. In more extensive project contexts, larger amounts of documents can accumulate. The recommendation is to keep the data for at least up to 10 years.
In order to relieve the researchers from storing them, we provide a room in the basement of Zeppelinstrasse 3. You can store your research data in moving boxes or similar and hand it over to the caretaker, who will then store the boxes in Zeppelinstrasse.
Please mark the boxes with the form that you can find under the following link: In particular, enter the retention period there. After that period, the documents will be destroyed.
To comply with the storage requirements, this is the final storage. After being stored in the room, the researchers can no longer access the documents.
