Since 2017 the Heidelberg University of Education has a transfer strategy. This clearly shows that the field of transfer and innovation has a high strategic value for the university.
The transfer strategy outlines the university’s prior transfer profile in detail, namely in the areas of innovation & start-up culture, network & interaction and open university. Subsequently, it formulates strategic, structural, and operational measures for all three areas for the next few years. The strategy paper relates to initially increasing transfer activities within the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The expansion to the national and international context, of course, always follows and is already part of the transfer strategy.
