Im Rahmen des Projekts „Landschaft und Gesundheit“ soll mittels eines integrativen Ansatzes die aktuelle sowie potenzielle Eignung von Streuobstwiesen für therapeutische Konzepte untersucht werden. Grundlagen sind die Auswertung von Drohnenluftbildern von Streuobstbeständen auf Einzelbaumebene, terrestrische Bestandsaufnahmen sowie umweltpsychologische Analysen zur Generierung von möglichen Nutzungsanforderungen an Streuobstwiesen. Ziele des Projekts sind neben der Generierung eines Mehrwerts der Ökosystemleistungen zum Schutz von Streuobstwiesen, Konzepte zur Landschaftsplanung von streuobstdominierter Kulturlandschaft mit gesundheitsfördernden Erscheinungsbildern.

The project “landscape and health” examines the current and potential suitability of meadow orchards for therapeutic concepts using an integrative approach. The basis is the evaluation of imagery of orchards derived by unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), terrestrial inventories and environmental-psychological analyses to generate possible usage requirements for orchards. In addition to generating added value for ecosystem services to protect meadow orchards, the aims of the project are concepts for landscape planning of cultivated landscapes dominated by meadow orchards with health-promoting appearances.
