Public presence lecture by Thomas Tajo

Thomas Tajo is a teacher of echolocation and bodily spatial awareness, including for the non-profit organization "Vision Inclusive" in Europe, the USA and India. The activist and consultant with blindness lives in Brussels and gives workshops and lectures on sensory orientation for people with and without blindness and visual impairment in the context of education and science.

Thomas Tajo is coming to Heidelberg University of Education on Tuesday, June 22 at the invitation of the Art Department. Thomas Tajo will talk about perception, visual dominance, the potentials of multisensory perception, inclusion and space as well as his current field "Vision Inclusive Blind biking activism".

The public event takes place in the "Mehrzweckhalle" (Keplerstraße 87, D-69120 Heidelberg). Event starts at 6:15 p.m. The lecture will be held in English.

The venue is barrier-free; you will find the barrier-free access via Quinkestraße or the inner courtyard.
