The Graduate School at Heidelberg University of Education is a key interdisciplinary centre that supervises and trains doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers in educational research. Since 2014, it has offered a structured programme for the individual and professional development of early-career researchers, with the aim of supporting them on their career paths and preparing them for a constantly changing world of work and research. By training outstanding early-career researchers, the Graduate School makes a significant contribution to strengthening research whilst also enhancing the quality and visibility of educational research at the Heidelberg University of Education and beyond.
