You are on an equal footing with German applicants who have completed their Abitur at schools within Germany.
You will also need the following documents to apply:

Your successful application consists of 2 steps:
To check your eligibility to study, apply to our service provider uni-assist in Berlin.
You also apply directly to the PH Heidelberg with all the necessary documents. In addition to the necessary documents, you will also need the language certificate for university admission
Have you obtained your school-leaving certificate at a school in Germany or a German/German-speaking school abroad?
Then you are considered a "Bildungsinländer:in" and have the same status as German applicants with a school-leaving certificate.
You apply to the PH Heidelberg with all the necessary documents.
To enrol, you will need proof of a valid visa or residence permit.
Within the framework of the study place quota for foreign and stateless applicants, 8% of the study places are available for you.
