Hi, we are Anna, Corinna, Eric, Johanna, Julie, Sophia and Aline and together we form the student council of the Master's programme in Digital Education for Sustainable Development. 🌱
Our tasks are very diverse: we represent the interests of the students, make our Master's visible both inside and outside the university and organise events. For example, we organised a fair picnic on the Neckarwiese (see video). Our student council was created as part of our project seminar and we are now an integral part of everyday student life.
We welcome every idea and every commitment. Do you have any questions, suggestions or would you like to get involved yourself? Feel free to contact us. We look forward to getting to know you! ☺️
Together with the WUS in Wiesbaden, we are organising a webinar on various ESD methods. The webinar is part of the project "Grenzenlos - Globales Lernen in der beruflichen Bildung". Students from the Global South who are studying in Germany give workshops for trainees. The workshops focus on experiences from their studies. The aim is to create an exchange and show perspectives on the globalised world of work. Our webinar is aimed at students in order to provide them with ESD methods. We will make the webinar interactive using tools such as H5P and Mentimeter.
We planned and organised a fresher's hut to mark the start of the new cohort's studies in October 2025. The focus was on getting to know each other and joint activities. In addition to games and eating together, there was also information about the degree programme.
The fresher's hut offered the opportunity to ask questions about the degree programme and to network with students from the higher years. All DBNE students were invited, resulting in a diverse exchange between the cohorts.
We organised the Future Festival on 2 July 2025 in the inner courtyard of the old PH building. The Future Festival took place as part of Phdays and consisted of a market of opportunities with 25 stands and a varied workshop programme. The aim of the Future Festival was to get to know regional players in the field of sustainability, to network and to exchange ideas on sustainable action and design. The Future Festival was certified as a Green Event BW.
Mental health at university is particularly close to our hearts 🩷 - and we think it deserves more space and attention. That's exactly why we created this podcast. Immerse yourself in topics relating to mental health, self-love and self-care. After three successful episodes (Finding help with knockout drops, Toxic relationships in the everyday life of young women, Being alone at university), we have decided that we want to continue our project outside of the project seminar. So we will be listening regularly on Spotify and of course posting on Instagram.

We developed a murder mystery dinner for six people aged 16 and over and organised it with an eleventh grade class at a vocational high school.
In Moosried, a fictitious village in the Black Forest, the village community tries to solve a murder. The players take on the roles of villagers who have different perspectives on the planned rewetting of the Moosried moor.
We have published the game materials on the zukunftlernen.jetzt platform. The materials can be downloaded free of charge after registration.
As part of our excursion seminars, we had the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the practice of ESD and digitalisation. We visited both regional and national stakeholders and learnt about their work.
We explored the following places and organisations on our excursions:
