German as a Foreign Language (DaF)

The supplementary qualification in German as a Foreign Language (DaF) is a certificate programme that you can undertake alongside your teacher training. It provides you with comprehensive knowledge of the didactics and methodology of language teaching and prepares you for teaching and learning in a variety of contexts both within and outside the German-speaking world. The programme focuses on the teaching of literacy within the context of a digital culture, whilst taking a cultural studies perspective into account.
